LS541KR is extra-width fabric folding and rolling machine. It is mainly used in finishingworkshop of sunshade net factory and plastic factory for checking and  mending of finishingmesh fabrics. ln order to get the best transport packaging:

1. The width of fabric from 3 meters to 6.

2. Meters can be folded and winded from big rolls to small.2. The width of fabric from 1meter to 3 meters can be full-width inspected and winded frombig rolls to small. 

◆ Frequency converter controls inspecting and rolling speed; controlled by multi-frequency converters, tension synchronously adjustable, Driven by reducer. 

◆ Photoelectric sensor controls fabric auto edge-alignment; Edge-alignment for foldingdriven by Hydro cylinder. Edge-alignment for winding - frequency converter controlsreducer drive. 

◆ Cylinder controls the tightness of continuous fabric Rolls. Rolls without paper tube isavailable.

◆ Using domestic advanced meter counter (Amends, fixed length, measuring andaccumulation functions, it can also display the working speed) 

◆ Optional electronic sensor weighting Device - Record the weight of finished rolls.

Product Overview

This net folding and rolling machine is special post‑finishing equipment matched with Raschel warp knitting machines. After mesh fabrics come out from warp knitting machines, this unit completes fabric unfolding, edge‑aligning, folding, meter‑counting and final rolling. It is widely used for agricultural shade net, bale net, safety protective net and other warp‑knitted net products. The machine helps convert large‑diameter raw rolls from warp knitting machines into neat small finished rolls, convenient for storage, transportation and final sales. It can also perform simple fabric inspection, finding broken threads or mesh defects before packing. As an important downstream machine of net fabric production line, it greatly reduces manual folding labor cost and improves finished‑roll appearance consistency.
