3D jacquard mesh net fabric production line uses high-quality PET/Nylon granules as the base material.The granules are mixed with color masterbatch and additives, then extruded, stretched, and cooled into durable monofilaments(or use purchased PET monofilaments). Monofilaments and multifilaments are wound onto single-spindle bobbins, then warping onto aluminum beams via a warping machine. After threading onto beam shafts, the packages are lifted by an overhead crane and loaded into a warp knitting machine for knitting into finished 3D jacquard mesh net fabric. Heat-setting is optional, based on customer requirements.
