Tape yarn shade net production line uses high-quality HDPE granules as the base material,which are mixed with color masterbatch and additives. The mixture is then extruded, stretched and cooled into durable flat tape yarns (or blown into plastic film rolls and slit into uniform tape yarns by a slitting machine). The tape yarns are wound onto bobbins, creeled and fed into a warp knitting machine to knit into finished nets.Heat-setting is optional, based on customer requirements.
