Monofilament bale net production line starts with high-quality HDPE resin pellets as the base material, which undergo precise feeding and blending with color masterbatch and other additives. The mixture is then extruded, stretched, stretched and cooled to form durable flat tape yarns (or blown into continuous plastic film rolls first, then precisely slit into uniform tape yarns via a slitting machine), which are wound onto bobbins, creeled and fed onto warp knitting machines for final weaving into finished bale nets. The heat-setting process is optional and subject to customer requirements.
