Monofilament mosquito net and curtain net production line uses high-quality HDPE granules as the base material, which are mixed with color masterbatch and additives. The mixture is then extruded, stretched and cooled into durable monofilaments, which are wound onto single-spindle bobbins. These monofilaments are creeled and fed into a warp knitting machine to knit into finished nets. Heat-setting is optional, based on customer requirements.
