1.HDPE Vegetable&Fruit Net Bag
Monofilament vegetable&fruit net bag production line uses high-quality HDPE granules as the base material,which are mixed with color masterbatch and additives. The mixture is then extruded, stretched and cooled into durable monofilaments (or blown into plastic film rolls and slit into uniform tape yarns by a slitting machine). The monofilaments are wound onto bobbins, creeled and fed into a warp knitting machine to knit into finished nets.Heat-setting is optional, based on customer requirements.
Multifilament nylon vegetable&fruit net bag production line uses existing high-quality yarns, which are warped onto beams via a warping machine. Finally, the beams loaded with yarns are threaded onto shafts, lifted by an overhead traveling crane to the warp knitting machine, then threaded and knitted to form finished nets. Heat-setting is optional, based on customer requirements.
