Changzhou Longlongsheng has established since 1995.It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, production, sales and service of warp knitting machine . It mainly produces various of fishing nets, sunshade nets, sports nets, protective nets, agricultural nets, safety building nets, mesh fabrics, swimsuits, fruit bags, blankets, towels, shoe materials, mattresses, car interiors, seamless underwear, medical nets, and so on.
1995
In 1995, our factory (ChangZhou Orient Power Machinery Factory) took the lead in R&D of 75inch safety net machines, specially designed for construction vertical safety nets production. We have made outstanding contributions to the country's construction safety and environmental protection.
1998
In 1998, the factory was subleased and relocated from No.13 Laodong East Road (Tianning District) to No.49 Yongning North Road (Tianning District). The first 8 bars of 95 inch fishing net machine was successfully developed here, laying a solid foundation for us to gradually grow into the top brand in fishing net filed of China.
2003
In 2003, we purchased self-owned building and relocated to No.13 Tongjia Industrial Park Qinglong . The annual output of warp knitting machine exceeded 500 sets in this year.
2004
In 2004, we developed and mass produced open cam knitting machines. It is very suitable for light mesh fabric, mosquito net, cage net and sunshade net etc. At that time our experimental netting factory was set up . It dedicated to providing sample making and testing services for customers.
2005
In 2005, Sumitomo invested in Dalian Kaifei to place the first bulk orders to buy machines from us for polyethylene mosquito net. Further strengthened the leader position in the manufacturing of mosquito net . Earlier that year, leading enterprises such as Lvdi and Yadong company gradually purchasing our machines, driving the market upsurge of our flat sunshade net machines.
2006
In 2006, the factory officially launched foreign trade business and entrusted Kexing International Trade to undertake export business to the Vietnamese market, which brought a sharp surge in orders. Due to insufficient existing production capacity and space, we rented completed factory of 7000 square meters at No.32 Tongjia Industrial Park in the same period to expand production scale.
2007
In 2007, our office building was completed and put into use. In the same year, we participated in overseas exhibitions with Liaoyuan Machinery initiating in depth communication and cooperation with international customers.
2009
In 2009, Changzhou Longlongsheng Netting Co., Ltd. was established. Focusing on undertaking overseas orders to accumulate rich practical experience in international business and netting technical details.
2010
In 2010, we registered and established a joint-stock company — Changzhou Longlongsheng Warp Knitting Machinery Co., Ltd. This year witnessed an explosive growth in the safety net machine business. And the working width of machines achieved a comprehensive upgrade from 75 inches to 260 inches, with annual sales output hitting a record high.
2011
In 2011, GE298 double needle-bar warp knitting machine was successfully developed, specially used for sandwich or spacer fabrics such as mattress production. It was marking our official entry into the double needle-bar warp knitting machine field.
2014
In 2014, LIBA series high-speed fishing net machines entered large-scale production,with running speed reached the advance international level. In same time the business of knotted fishing netting machine were started.
2016
At the end of 2016, we successfully developed 330inch double needle-bar land covering net machines and high-speed latch needle machines, further enriching the product line of net machines.
2017
In 2017, the orders of land covering net machine entered a period of prosperity, with annual output value hitting a new record high and writing a brilliant chapter in the development history of Longlongsheng. A new factory building was purchased in the same year, laying a solid foundation for subsequent production capacity upgrading.
2018
In 2018, the factory was fully relocated to No.104 Heping Industrial Park, Zhenglu Town, realizing the integration of the previously scattered three production sites. On December 18 of the same year, we held a grand 20th anniversary celebration to review the development course and look forward to the future blueprint.
2019
In 2019, the RD series double needle-bar warp knitting machines were successfully developed and put into production. In the following years, we upgraded the standard models and successfully launched high-speed RD machines and jacquard machines. The working width of the machines was expanded from the traditional 138 inches to 220 inches, meeting more high-end net production needs.
2022
In 2022, we independently developed high-speed compound needle machines and high-speed latch needle machines for heavy nets, which successfully filled the domestic technical gap and achieved full localization substitution of imported equipment, breaking the technical monopoly of overseas brands.
