Monofilament sports net production line uses high-quality HDPE granules as base material. The granules are mixed with color masterbatch and additives, then extruded, stretched, and cooled into durable monofilaments, which are wound onto single-spindle bobbins. The monofilaments are warped onto aluminum beams via a warping machine. After threading onto beam shafts, the packages are lifted by an overhead crane and loaded into a warp knitting machine for knitting into finished nets. Heat-setting and sewing are optional, based on customer requirements.
