The monofilament safety net production line uses high-quality HDPE granules as the base material, which are mixed with color masterbatch and additives. The mixture is then extruded, stretched and cooled into durable monofilaments, which are wound onto bobbins and creeled on ground iron beam frames. The monofilaments are then fed into a warp knitting machine for knitting, followed by drying to form finished nets.Heat-setting is optional, based on customer requirements.
