Product Overview

LS warping machine is essential pre‑processing equipment for warp‑knitted net fabric production line. It winds monofilament or multifilament yarn evenly onto warp beams with stable and consistent tension. Finished warp beams can be directly mounted on Raschel warp knitting machines to produce fishing nets, agricultural shade nets, bale nets and safety protective nets. Good warping quality directly avoids uneven tension, yarn overlapping and broken‑yarn issues in subsequent warp‑knitting processes. Stable warping performance greatly reduces defect rate of final net products and improves overall production efficiency for net fabric manufacturers. We supply three main models: LS17, LS21 and LS30 for different production‑speed requirements.
